Air Travel
You will be booking your own air travel. We are happy to make recommendations. Please feel free to contact us.

All domestic air travel is included in the price of the trip.
Ground Transportation
Once you arrive in South Africa all ground transportation will be coordinated by APEX.
Hotel
In Cape Town, we’ll be staying at the Hilton, and in Johannesburg, we’ll be staying at the Hyatt. Hotel costs are covered in your registration fee.
Weather
May in Cape Town is mild with temperature between 60 -75 F. Johannesburg is typically around 45 - 65 F.
Dress Code
Please feel free to dress comfortably. Foundation meetings will be nice casual. Please be aware the temperature swings are much like Philadelphia in the spring and fall. ​
Immunization
You will be required get several immunizations to travel to South Africa. Please see the CDC recommendations here.
