With over 35 years of collective experience in the philanthropic sector, Shira and Bethany have dedicated their careers to fostering positive change. Having lived and worked internationally, they deeply appreciate the value of learning from and connecting with diverse cultures. Their work in Philadelphia's philanthropic community highlighted a significant gap: the lack of opportunities for locally based foundations to connect with their international peers and share strategies for addressing common challenges.
